Ombrik — About

GTM infrastructure, built better.

Ombrik exists because high-growth B2B companies need more than advice, handoffs, or another tool. They need GTM infrastructure designed, built, and operated by one accountable team.

01 / The Pattern

The same RevOps breakdown kept resurfacing.

After years building and scaling companies across industries, one problem kept surfacing: revenue operations was broken. Not because teams were incapable, but because the environment around them had become unmanageable.

B2B teams were juggling ten, fifteen, sometimes more disconnected tools. Data lived in silos, workflows stayed manual, and reporting could not be trusted.

02 / The First Attempt

We built the tool first.

To solve that fragmentation, we built an AI-powered agentic CRM from the ground up, designed to bring tools, data, and workflows into one operating environment.

Going deeper exposed the more important truth: a single tool, no matter how sophisticated, could not repair an operating model assembled from disconnected decisions.

03 / The Realization

The answer was not another platform.

AI and automation raised the stakes. Data became harder to maintain, GTM stacks grew more technical, and successful sales and ABM motions demanded strategic and engineering expertise at the same time.

That work became the discipline of GTM Engineering. The talent is rare, expensive, and too broad for one senior hire to cover alone.

04 / The Response

That gap became Ombrik.

Ombrik gives scaling B2B companies an experienced, fully in-house GTM Engineering team: strategists and technical engineers working together for a fraction of the cost of building the same capability one hire at a time.

We do not stop at advice. We design, build, implement, integrate, and continuously operate the systems that power revenue growth.

The team stays embedded as the business evolves, so the infrastructure does not become the next growth bottleneck.

Our Principles

What we believe.

01

Execution beats advice.

A strategy document is not an asset. Live revenue infrastructure is. We build what the recommendation describes, then operate it.

02

One team. One outcome.

The handoff model creates accountability gaps. One team owns strategy, build, integration, and ongoing operation.

03

The tool is never the answer.

A tool is only as valuable as the architecture, data, and discipline around it. We build the system.

04

Embedded means accountable.

We stay present in CRMs, pipeline reviews, and ongoing optimization. Accountability begins at go-live.

Our Commitment

The work is revenue infrastructure. The why is broader.

Every year, Ombrik commits ten percent of net profits to AI education and entrepreneurial development for young people in underserved communities.

Systems thinking, technical problem-solving, and the ability to build should not depend on where someone is born.

Talent is evenly distributed. Opportunity is not. We believe a firm built around building should put that belief to work beyond its clients.
